📕 The Bulletproofed Playbook

1. Buy 3+ secondary domains

If you're acme.com, grab domains like: acme-talent.com or joinacme.com.

Keep them close to your brand and redirect them to your main site for legitimacy.

If you use a platform like porkbun, you can buy domains for $5-10 per year.

2. Create 3 mailboxes per domain

Set up firstname@, firstname.lastname@, and initials@.

That's 9-12 inboxes total.

Rotate mailboxes every 30 days AND stay under 30 emails per inbox per day (best practice).

3. Authenticate everything

SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

This is your TSA pre-check for sending emails - it proves you're legit.

Sounds technical. It's not.

Skip this, and you're sending from an unverified address that providers will flag fast.

4. Warm up your inboxes

New inboxes have no reputation.

Send too much too fast and you're flagged immediately.

Tools like Instantly or Lemlist automate this.

5. Never send cold outreach from your main domain.

Your main domain is for candidates replying, clients emailing, and important communications.

Protect it.

All outbound goes through secondary domains.
